Prior to his current position, he held various senior management positions with two International Banks, Overseas-based trading agencies, Local Finance and Investment Companies. He briefly spent his time working for a Government Institution before proceeding for further studies in the United Kingdom.

He was at one time actively envolved in the administrative functions both the Brunei Darussalam Malay and National Chamber of Commerce and Industries and attended several ASEAN-CCI meetings within the country and overseas.

Mr. Muhammad was also at one time attached initially at the Brunei Student's Unit and was eventually seconded to the Brunei Government Agency, London, United Kingdom for over a year.

With his varied employment backgrounds, he hopes to be able to develop, customize and design an HRD and HRM programs based on clients' expectation and organisational needs.

To date, many participants from either public or private organisations have benefited from attending his various quality programs delivered professionally by his team of highly qualified and dedicated speakers and trainers.

He currently holds memberships to several professional bodies namely, The American Institute of Management, British Institute of Management, British Society of Commerce, The Malaysian Institute of Management and Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management.
